BkkPrivateCar is a Bangkok-based private transport service. We are not a booking platform taking a cut from a stranger with a car — we run our own vehicles and we know the drivers personally. That is why we can promise what a marketplace cannot: the same driver standard on every trip, and a price that does not change.
Most of our passengers are visitors to Thailand. Many are travelling with children, elderly parents, a lot of luggage, or a schedule that does not fit a public bus. Some are here for business meetings, some for surgery at a Bangkok hospital, some to get off a cruise ship at Laem Chabang and see as much as possible before it sails again. The one thing they share is that the trip matters more than saving two hundred baht.
We work in English, Thai and Chinese. We quote in writing before you commit. And we would rather lose a booking than take one we cannot do properly.

The same rate for every passenger, stated before departure, with fuel, tolls and parking already inside it.
Real availability
If we cannot cover your date properly we say so, instead of confirming and finding a car later.

Child seats, wheelchair-friendly vehicles and patient drivers for elderly passengers — just tell us in advance.

Different groups need different things from a driver. Here is who books us, and what each of them actually needs.
Families from Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia
Travelling with children and grandparents, several suitcases and a schedule built around nap times. They need one vehicle for everyone and a driver who does not mind waiting.
Chinese-speaking travellers
We answer on WeChat and LINE in Chinese, and we can arrange a Mandarin-speaking driver with notice. Popular routes are Bangkok–Pattaya, the temple circuit and shopping days.
Muslim travellers
Halal restaurants along the route, prayer stops built into the timing, and drivers who understand that meal times are not flexible during Ramadan.
Indian families & wedding parties
Large groups, a lot of luggage and several vehicles moving together between hotel, venue and airport. We coordinate the whole convoy on one schedule.
Business & MICE visitors
Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and European delegations visiting factories in Rayong and Chonburi or exhibitions at BITEC and IMPACT. Invoices and receipts provided.
Medical tourism patients
Visitors from the Middle East, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Africa attending Bangkok hospitals. Same driver for the whole stay, wheelchair-accessible vehicles on request.
Cruise passengers & Russian visitors
One day ashore at Laem Chabang, or a long winter stay in Pattaya and Phuket. Both need fixed times and a driver who will not disappear halfway through the day.
Golfers, film crews & long-stay expats
Early tee times with clubs in the boot, production vans on a call sheet, and residents who need the same reliable car twice a week without booking each time.
